JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, C.J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:- “i) To quash the condition to the effect IRDP/BPL certificate should have been issued by the competent authority within six months from the date of counseling which is given in the letter dated 02-02-2011 annexure P-4.” 2. The third respondent is present before this Court. It is submitted that the representation of the petitioner has been considered and it has been decided to permit the petitioner to participate in the second round of counseling. The above submission is recorded and the Writ Petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any. 3. A copy of this order, duly authenticated by the Court Master, shall be supplied to the counsel for the parties, today itself.
