JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The petitioners are essentially aggrieved by certain loan transaction between them and the private respondents. It appears, the process under the Code of Criminal Procedure has already been set in motion before the Criminal Court at Chandigarh. It is for the petitioners to pursue their grievance in appropriate forum and in appropriate manner. This Court has no jurisdiction to entertain such a dispute. The petitions are thus misconceived and hence dismissed, so also the pending applications, if any.
