JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, C.J. Counsel for the petitioner on instruction, seeks liberty of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition without prejudice to his liberty to move the Controlling Authority under the Payment of Gratuity Act. Liberty, as above, is granted and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
