The case of the petitioner is covered by the judgment rendered by this Court in Paras Ram versus State of Himachal Pradesh and another, CWP (T) No. 7712 of 2008, decided on 19.5.2009. 2. Consequently, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner in view of the principles laid down in the aforesaid judgment, for counting of the tenure services followed by the regularization for the purpose of increments and pensionary benefits, within a period of two months after the production of a certified copy of judgment by the petitioner. No costs.
