JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. These writ petition is filed with the following prayer: “That the respondents may be ordered to regularize the services of the petitioner from the date she completed 8 years of service with all the benefits incidental thereof such as full back wages, seniority and pay fixation etc. or in the alternative work charge status may be granted to the petitioner from the date she completed 8 years of service with all the benefits incidental thereof. ” 2. According to the petitioner, the issue is covered by Annexure P-1, judgment of this Court, dated 27.7.2009, passed in CWP No.1594 of 2008, titled Man Singh versus State of H.P. and Ors. Petitioner submits that she would file an appropriate representation furnishing all factual details before the competent authority within a period of one month from today. It is always open for her to do so. Therefore, there will be a direction to the respondents to take appropriate action in the matter in the light of Annexure P-1 judgment, referred to above, in case the petitioners are also similarly situated, within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition. 3. With these observations, the writ petitions stand disposed of, so also the pending application(s) if any.
