JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:- “i. That the respondents may be ordered to grant promotion to the petitioners and other consequential benefits and to the late husband of petitioner No.4 from the due date with all the benefits incidental thereof and the monetary claims may be awarded to the petitioners as has been done in the case of others and petitioner No.4 is entitled to the monetary claims of her late husband being his legal heir and nominee.” 2. According to the petitioners, their case is covered by the decision of this Court in CWP(T) No. 4249/2008 and that the said judgment has been accepted, implemented or it has become final. It is for the petitioners to point out these aspects before the second respondent by way of an individual representation, in which case the matter be duly verified by the second respondent. An appropriate action, without discriminating the petitioner will be taken in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with the representation(s) and a copy of the writ petition by the petitioners before the second respondent. 3. With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
