JUDGMENT 1. - Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned Public Prosecutor as well as counsel for the complainant and perused the case diary. 2. No specific injury has been inflicted by the present applicant. Present petitioner is a lady. Co-accused has already been released on bail. All the injuries to the victim are simple. 3. Without going into the merits of the case, I deem it proper to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant under Section 438, Cr.P.C. 4. Accordingly, this bail application is allowed and it is directed that in the event of arrest of applicant Kaushaliya W/o Ramniwas in connection with F.I.R. No. 207/2011 of Police Station Sardarshahar District Churu, she shall be released on bail provided she furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- along with two sureties of Rs. 10,000/- each to the satisfaction of the concerned Investigating Officer/SHO on the following conditions: 1. She shall make herself available for interrogation by Investigating Officer as and when required; 2. She shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any Police Officer; 3. She shall not leave India without the previous permission of the trial Court. Bail application allowed. *******
