JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. These writ petitions are filed with the identical prayers, one set of such prayers is as follows:-“(a) To issue a writ of mandamus, appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature thereof, directing the respondent Corporation to consider and promote the petitioner with all the consequential benefits to the post of Inspector w.e.f. 27/09/2008, when the incumbents junior to the petitioner were considered and promoted by the respondent Corporation with all the consequential benefits and arrears along with interest thereon 18% pa;” 2. Annexure P-1, notice has already been served on the respondent. There will be a direction to the respondent to look into Annexure P-1 and take appropriate action thereon in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment by the petitioner concerned. While taking action in the matter of promotion, it is made clear that any promotion, if made in the meanwhile, will be subject to the decision thus taken by the respondent. 3. With the above observations, these petitions stand disposed of, so also the pending applications(s) if any.
