Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 2. The above writ petitions have been filed praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to grant promotion to the petitioners to the post of Higher Secondary Headmaster, as prayed for in the writ petitions. 3. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petitions, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners had placed before this Court, a copy of the order, dated 18.8.2010, passed by this Court, in W.P.Nos.5933 to 5938 of 2006. In the said order, dated 18.8.2010, similar writ petitions had been dismissed, following the earlier order, dated 15.6.2010, made in W.P.Nos.3399 to 3403 of 2006. 3. The present writ petitions are also dismissed for similar reasons, as stated in the earlier orders passed by this Court. No costs.
