JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, C.J. The Writ Petition is filed with the following prayers:- “F. That the writ in the nature of Certiorari or nay other appropriate writ of direction may kindly be issued quashing the Office Order dated 23.11.2010 passed by Respondent No. 1 only to the extent whereby the directions have been issued to Respondent No. 2 to terminate the services of the Petitioners. G. That the Writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ of direction may kindly be issued directing the Respondents to allow the Petitioners to continue on the post of Language Teacher in their respective schools.” 2. On 5th March, 2011 the following order was passed:- “Notice. Mr. J.K. Verma, Dy. AG, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. Learned Deputy Advocate General, seeks time to get instruction. Post on 21.3.2011. The petitioners shall not be terminated from service till such time, in case they have already not been terminated.” 3. Order dated 5th March, 2011 is further clarified to the effect that as and when regular recruitees join duty, it will be open to the respondents to terminate the services of the petitioners. Needless to say that till such time, the petitioners will continue if not already terminated, since the petitioners have been working for the last few years. 4. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application (s), if any.
