JUDGEMENT Shailesh Kumar Sinha, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, State as also the respondent nos. 8 to 10. An interlocutory application no. 1624 of 2011 has been filed jointly on behalf of the petitioner on the one hand and respondent nos. 8 to 10 on the other hand. 2. Learned counsel for the parties submits that during the pendency of this application, the matter has been amicably settled between the parties as stated in the aforesaid interlocutory application. In view of the above, this writ application stands disposed of in terms of the settlement arrived between the parties as mentioned in the aforesaid interlocutory application.
