JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The Writ Petition is filed with the following prayer:- “i) That the respondents may kindly be directed to count the period of adhoc service rendered by the applicant from 30-4-1984 to 15-2-1996 as Social Education Worker fro qualifying service for the purpose of pension. ii) That the respondents may further be directed to re-fix the pension/pensionary benefits of the applicant w.e.f. 1-1-2007 and the interest @ 18% per annum may be directed to be paid to the applicant on the arrears of pension.” 2. There is no reply as yet. It is seen that Annexure A-2, representation filed by the petitioner is pending before the Director. In case no action has been taken on Annexure A-2, the same shall be duly considered in accordance with law and appropriate action in the matter shall be taken within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this judgment. A copy of this judgment will be communicated by the Registry to the petitioner and the second respondent. 3. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application (s), if any.
