Judgment :- 1. Writ Petition is filed praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to dismiss the respondents 3 and 4 from the post of President and Vice President respectively in the Kallethirampattu Village Panchayat and make enquiry and recover the funds misappropriated by them and also take legal action against them under Tamil Nadu Village Panahayat Act 1994. 2. Mr.S.Shivashanmugam, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. In view of the order that is to be passed in this writ petition, the notice to the respondents 3 and 4 is dispensed with. 3. The grievance of the petitioner has been addressed by way of representation/complaint dated 4.2.2011 to the first respondent District Collector and that representation/complaint is against the respondents 3 and 4. 4. In view of the nature of relief sought for, this Court is not inclined to admit this writ petition at this stage, except to direct the first respondent to consider the representation/complaint dated 4.2.2011 on its own merits and in accordance with law. If the third and the fourth respondent will be affected by any proceedings, the first respondent shall ensure due compliance of the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Panchayat Act. 5. The Writ Petition is disposed of as above. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
