JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, C.J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:- “(i) That writ in the nature of mandamus may kindly be issued and the respondents may kindly be directed to allow the petitioners the revised pay-scales w.e.f. 1.1.1986 instead of 3.11.1989 with all consequential benefits.” 2. According to the petitioners, they are also similarly situated, as the petitioners covered by the decision of this Court in Annexure P-1, CWP No. 151 of 2004, titled as Rattan Lal and ors. Vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others. There will be a direction to the first respondent to look into the case of the petitioners in light of the said decision and in case, on facts, the decision would apply to the case of the petitioners, similar treatment shall be extended to the petitioners, herein also, within four months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner concerned before the first respondent/competent authority. 3. In view of above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
