JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:- “(i) That a writ in the nature of mandamus may kindly be issued and the respondents Corporation may kindly be directed to issue the appointment letter to the petitioner for the post of driver on contract basis.” 2. According to the petitioner, he is also similarly situated, as the drivers covered by the decision of this Court in CWP No. 305 of 2010, titled as Piar Chand vs. State of H.P. There will be a direction to the first respondent to look into the case of the petitioner in light of the said decision and in case, on facts, the decision would apply to the case of the petitioner, similar treatment shall be extended to the petitioner, herein also, within three months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment and a copy of the judgment, referred to above, along with a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner before the first respondent. 3. In view of above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
