Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader (T) appearing on behalf the respondent. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel Additional Government Pleader (Tax) appearing on behalf of the respondent had submitted that the impugned order of the respondent, dated 26.11.2009, stands modified by a subsequent order passed by the respondent, dated 14.03.2011, and accordingly, the registration of the petitioner had been restored. 3. In such circumstances, since, no further orders are necessary, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
