JUDGEMENT Gopal Prasad, J. 1. Heard the counsel for the appellants and the State. 2. This appeal is directed against the order, dated 16 th January, 1997, by which the appellants have been convicted under Section 324/34 of the Penal Code and has been given the benefit of Section 360 of the Penal Code and ordered to execute bound of Rs.2,000/-. The learned counsel for the appellants submits that the appellants shown their good behaviour and two years have already elapsed and nothing reported against the appellants and, hence, this appeal is disposed off.
