Judgment :- 1. This writ petition is filed to direct the 3rd respondent to provide 12 Nos. of Electricity Supply Connections for the petitioner premises bearing Block No.86 P.T.Rajan Salai K.K.Nagar Chennai-78 without insisting on Completion Certificate from the first respondent in respect of the construction made by the petitioner in pursuant to the Planning Permission vide PPA Letter No.BC1/21161/08 dt.7.5.2009 issued by the first respondent and Building Permit vide BC1/21161/08 dt.1.9.2009 within a time frame. 2. In view of the Division Bench order passed earlier, the first respondent was called upon to inspect the premises and give a report as to whether there are major violations in the construction. On a direction by this Court, the property was inspected and report has been filed by the first respondent. On a perusal of the report, it appears to be some deviation which is minimal and marginal. The first respondent is at liberty to proceed against the petitioner for the violation in accordance with law. However, the third respondent is directed to provide electricity service connection if the application is otherwise in order. 3. The writ petition is allowed as above. Consequently, M.P.No. 1 of 2011 is closed. No costs.
