JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, C.J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer: “That the writ in the nature of mandamus may kindly be issued and the respondents may kindly be directed to trace the file of petitioner regarding grant of Nautor land as early as possible and the petitioner may be granted all rights over the land in dispute in the interest of justice and fair play.” 2. In reply at para 3, it is stated as follows: “That the contents of this para are admitted being matter of record. It is admitted that the petitioner moved an application before the replying respondent on 02-01-2009 but since no nautor file regarding sanction of nautor land to the petitioner is available with the replying respondent, hence no action could be taken in this matter. In this context, it is submitted that the Sub Divisional Officer(C), Sundernagar is being directed to start the process of reconstructing the nautor file at the earliest so that sanctioned nautor land can be mutated in the name of the petitioner.” 3. The writ petition is disposed of directing the Sub Divisional Officer, Sundernagar to complete the process of reconstruction of the file within a period of two months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment alongwith a copy of the writ petition and the reply, by the petitioner before the Sub Divisional Officer. Thereafter, the needful action in the matter of mutation shall be taken within another one month. 4. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of, so also the pending application (s), if any.
