JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, C.J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:- “(i) That the office order dated 28.5.2007 conveyed to the petitioner vide letter dated 26.3.2008 may kindly be quashed and set aside. (ii) That the respondents may kindly be directed to pay the amount recovered from the petitioner in consequence of the order dated 28.5.2007 with all consequential benefits.” 2. Placing reliance on Annexure P-5, judgment, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a representation, Annexure P-6 before the second respondent. There will be a direction to the second respondent to look into Annexure P-6 and take appropriate action thereon in light of the judgment, Annexure P-5 within four months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner before the second respondent.
