Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioners, as well as the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petitions, the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioners had submitted that a number of orders have been passed by this Court, earlier, in W.P.No.23316 of 2004 etc., (batch) and W.P.Nos.14894 and 1919 of 2005, quashing G.O.Ms.No.241, Housing and Urban Development (UD-III-1) Department, dated 19.09.2003. It has also been submitted that the said orders had become final. 3. The learned counsels appearing on behalf of the respondents, had not refuted the said submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioners. It has also been submitted by the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the respondents that the impugned Government Order, in G.O.Ms.No.241, Housing and Urban Development (UD-III-1) Department, dated 19.09.2003, had been, subsequently withdrawn by the State Government. 4. In such circumstances, since, no further orders are necessary, the writ petitions stand closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
