Judgment :- 1. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents had submitted that the detention notice, dated 4.3.2011, had been withdrawn, as an appeal bearing Appeal No.C49/1413/O/10-Sea, dated 2.12.2010, had been filed and the same is pending adjudication on the file of the Commissioner (Appeals). 2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had not refuted the submissions made by the learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents. 3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the parties concerned, the writ petition stands closed, as no further orders are necessary. No costs. Connected M.P.No.2 of 2011 is closed.
