JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. These writ petitions are filed with the identical prayers, one set of such prayers is as follows:- “(i).Directing the respondents to regularize the service of the petitioner w.e.f. 1.1.1991 as per policy of the Govt. after his having rendered eight years and also grant work charge status after completion of 10 years w.e.f. 1.1.1993 on the analogy of the Gauri Dutt’s case and further directions be issued to grant all consequential benefits of regularization and grant of work charge status to the petitioner, while granting him the benefit of the regularization from the due date.” 2. It is submitted that the matter has been answered by the State Administrative Tribunal and the order of Tribunal was challenged before this court and this court has dismissed the same, as can be seen from Annexure P-2, judgment in CWP No. 420 of 2006. It is further submitted that said judgment has been accepted and implemented by the State. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are similarly situated persons, like the petitioner in the said case. The petitioners have submitted their individual representation, Annexure P-6 to first respondent. There will be a direction to the first respondent to look into all the aspects of the matter and take appropriate action in accordance with law and justice without discriminating the petitioners within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner concerned. 3. With the above observations, these writ petitions are disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
