JUDGMENT R.B. Misra, Judge In reference to our order dated 17.3.2011, Shri Trilok Chand, Senior Assistant from the office of Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Jawali, District Kangra is present alongwith report of the Sub-Divisional Magistrate concerned. 2. As per report, it appears that all the labourers, who were deployed in the concerned Brick Kiln had already been disbursed their wages/ labour charges and none of the labourer had been kept as bounded labourer at the site of Brick Kiln. It has been further reported that some of the labourers are living and working with their free will and consent and those who wanted to go back to their home, they are allowed to go. The aforesaid report be kept on record giving the contents indicated in the report and all the statements of the labourers recorded by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate. 3. The statement of the petitioner had already been recorded by the concerned Sub-Divisional Magistrate. In these circumstances, nothing survives. In this view the petition is dismissed.
