JUDGMENT J.R. Midha, J. 1. This is a petition for grant of Letters of Administration in respect of the estate of late Sangeeta Gogia. 2. The deceased, Sangeeta Gogia expired on 9th June, 2009. At the time of her death, the deceased was a permanent resident of 1/9274, Gali No. 7, West Rohtas Nagar, Delhi -110032. The original death certificate of the deceased is on record. 3. The deceased was unmarried at the time of her death and is survived by her parents, who are the only Class I legal heirs of the deceased. 4. The deceased has left behind immovable property bearing flat No. 13-S, Second Floor, Category-Ill, Sector-8, Jasola, New Delhi. 5. The Petitioners are seeking the Letters of Administration in respect of the aforesaid property. 6. The Petitioners have filed evidence by way of affidavit dated 29th January, 2011, which is in order. 7. The citation has been duly published in the Statesman on 18th September, 2010 and no objections have been received from the public. 8. The notice of the petition was issued to the Chief Controlling Revenue Authority, New Delhi who has submitted the valuation report of the immovable property of the deceased. 9. From the uncontroverted and un-rebutted testimony of the Petitioners, the Petitioners are entitled to Letters of Administration in respect of the aforesaid estate of the deceased. 10. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the Letters of Administration are granted to the Petitioners in respect to the estate of the deceased mentioned in para 4 above subject to the Petitioner furnishing the requisite Court fee and the administrate/security bonds.
