Judgment :- 1. Writ Petition is filed praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, call for the records from the first respondent pertaining to G.O.(Ms.) No.122, dated 24.10.2008, quash the same and consequently issue direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.9.2010. 2. Mr.S.Shivashanmugam, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for disposal. 3. Though the writ petition has been filed for larger relief challenging the G.O.(Ms.) No.122 dated 24.10.2008, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states at the time of admission that the petitioner's grievance will be met if the representation dated 27.9.2010 addressed to the first respondent is directed to be considered on merits. 4. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents states that the petitioner may be directed to submit a copy of the representation dated 27.9.2010 to the authority. 5. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate, the petitioner is directed to submit a copy of representation dated 27.9.2010 along with a copy of this order to the first respondent and the same shall be considered on merits and in accordance with law expeditiously. 6. The Writ Petition is disposed of as above. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
