JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The dispute raised in this petition is with regard to seniority list of Peons-cum-Chowkidars (Annexure A-2) and for promotion to the post of Clerk. The remedy available to the petitioner is before the Registrar, Co-operative Society and he will examine the matter without prejudice to such liberty. Liberty, as above, is granted to the petitioner to approach the Registrar, Co-operative Society. There will be a direction to the Registrar, Co-operative Society, to look into the grievance of the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law, after notice to the affected parties, within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment and representation alongwith supporting documents, if any, and a copy of writ petition by the petitioner. 2. With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
