JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The petitioner is aggrieved by Annexure P-8, order of transfer. Among other things, it is submitted that the petitioner has been subjected to frequent transfers and more so in the last one year for about 6 times. This and other aspects, the petitioner may point out before the second respondent by way of appropriate representation. Therefore, there will be a direction to the second respondent to look into the matter as also Annexure P-9, representation and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of production of the copy of this judgment alongwith a copy of the Writ Petition by the petitioner before the second respondent. Till such time, the petitioner may not be compelled to join the transferred station. 2. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application (s), if any.
