JUDGMENT : Kurian Joseph, C.J. The petitioners, who are contract teachers, claim vacation salary. The issue is covered in favour of the petitioners by the decision of this Court in CWP No.415 of 2000, titled as Baldev Singh and others vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others. 2. The writ petitions are disposed of directing the respondents to disburse the eligible vacation salary to the petitioners within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner concerned before the second respondent.
