Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader (Tax) appearing on behalf of the respondents. 2. In view of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and in view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties concerned, the petitioner is permitted to re-present the revision petition, dated 18.03.2010, filed by the petitioner, in respect of the compounding order, dated 13.01.2010, passed by the second respondent, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such re-presentation, the first respondent shall hear and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter. The Registry is directed to return the original impugned rejection order, dated 23.04.2010, to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, to enable him to file the revision petitioner before the first respondent, on production of xerox copy of the same. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
