JUDGMENT :- 1. At this stage of the hearing of the Contempt Petition, the learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondents had placed before this Court, a letter, issued by the second respondent, dated 12.01.2011, which is as follows: "Commissioner (Import) has accepted the Hon'ble High Court Interim Order to release the goods provisionally for the Bill of Entry No.729316 dt.24.12.2010 by N.C. Alexander & Co. So please be inform this to the Hon'ble High Court accordingly." 2. In view of the said communication, since, no further orders are necessary, this Contempt Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected Sub application is closed.
