JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, C.J. The petitioner is a PTA teacher. She is aggrieved since she is replaced by a regular recruitee. In case the petitioner is in a position to point out any open vacancy where the regularly recruited teacher is willing to work, against the resultant vacancy and in case the petitioner is otherwise eligible, she shall be engaged as PTA teacher till she is otherwise replaced by a regular recruitee. 2. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
