JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, C.J. The petitioner, who is a Revenue Chowkidar, seeks conferment of daily wage status. According to the petitioner, as per the policy of the Government, dated 27.2.2004 and 13.10.2009, the petitioner is entitled for conferment of such status. There will be a direction to the second respondent to look into all these aspects and take appropriate action as per the policy within two months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment alongwith a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner. 2. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
