JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer: “That Your Lordships may graciously be pleased to issue the Writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondents to transrfer the Petitioner to the station of her choice since she has completed about 9 years in the tribal area of Lahaul & Spiti.” 2. It is submitted that the petitioner has been working in Lahaul & Spiti since 2002 and that her husband is in the Army. There will be a direction to the second respondent to look into all these aspects and take appropriate action in the matter in accordance with law and see as to whether it is possible to accommodate the petitioner in any of the vacancies as pointed out at para 8 of the writ petition. The needful shall be done within a period of one month from the date of production of a copy of this judgment alongwith a copy of the writ petition before the second respondent by the petitioner. 3. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
