JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The petitioners claim regularization based on the various decisions of this Court i.e. Mool Raj Upadhyaya vs. State of H.P., Gauri Dutt vs. State of H.P., Rakesh Kumar vs. State of H.P. etc. It is for the petitioners to submit their individual representation before the second respondent/competent authority, in which case the second respondent/competent authority will get an opportunity to look into the matter and take appropriate action in accordance with law. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of as follows: 2. In the event of the petitioners filing individual representation along with a copy of the judgments, as applicable to the petitioner concerned, the matter will be duly considered by the second respondent/competent authority within another four months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition and the copy of the judgments, referred to above, by the petitioner concerned. 3. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
