JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The petitioner is a PTA teacher. He is aggrieved since he is not able to continue as PTA teacher as he has been replaced by the private respondent. The private respondent is a regular teacher. According to the petitioner, the private respondent can work in other vacancies. It is submitted that the private respondent is retiring on 31st March, 2011 and in the resultant vacancy, the petitioner may be re-engaged and continued as PTA teacher. In case the resultant vacancy is not otherwise filled-up by a regular recruitee, the petitioner shall be permitted to join duty, if otherwise entitled to be engaged and continued as PTA teacher. 2. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application (s), if any.
