Judgment :- 1. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had submitted that the writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn. He had also made an endorsement to that effect. 2. In view of the endorsement made on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file a fresh writ petition, as prayed for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. No costs. Connected M.P.No.1 of 2011 is closed.
