JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, C.J. The petitioner is aggrieved by Annexure P-1, order of transfer. It is submitted that the petitioner is on census duty and that fact has been brought to the notice of the Director as per Annexure P-3, reference by the Principal. According to the petitioner, even after the census duty, in view of his peculiar family circumstances, he may be accommodated in any vacancy near Bilaspur. The petitioner may point out all these aspects before the second respondent, in which case the respondent will look into the vacancy position and take appropriate action subject to the availability of vacancy. 2. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to look into the grievances of the petitioner and see whether it is possible to post the petitioner in any of the vacancies as pointed out by the petitioner or available near Bilaspur. The order, as above, shall be passed within one month from the date of production of a copy of this judgment alongwith a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner. In case the petitioner is out of census duty within that period, he will not be compelled to join the transferred station till that time. 3. In view of the final disposal of the writ petition, all the pending applications also stand disposed of.
