JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, C.J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:- “i. That the respondents may be ordered to regularize the services of the petitioner/grant work charge status from the date the petitioner completed 10 years of service counting the period from the date the petitioner was engaged on daily wage basis with all the benefits incidental thereof.” 2. The petitioner is a beneficiary of Annexure P-1, Award. The Labour Court has granted relief of reinstatement with continuity of service and seniority. Therefore, the period, he was kept out of duty, shall be treated as continuance for the purpose of conferment of work charge status/regularization. Taking note of the fact, as above, needful shall be done by the first respondent within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner before the first respondent. 3. The writ petition stands disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
