JUDGMENT :- 1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for the relief as stated therein. 2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the respondent police has not received any complaint so far and that the petitioner may approach the second respondent with a fresh complaint for initiating necessary action. 3. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint to the second respondent along with a copy of this order and on receipt of the complaint, the second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry in a fair manner and register a case, if any cognizable offence is made out only against those persons against whom the offences are made out and proceed in accordance with law. 4. The criminal original petition is disposed of.
