JUDGMENT V.K. Ahuja, J. The petitioner has challenged her transfer from Government Senior Secondary School, Bhota, District Hamirpur, H.P. to Government Senior Secondary School, Baddi, District Solan, H.P., who has been transferred on account of the Rationalization Policy of the State Government. The petitioner has challenged her transfer on the ground that as per the bond of contract (Annexure P-4), she could not have been transferred during the period of contract. The respondents in their reply have pleaded that the order transferring the petitioner was passed under the Rationalization Policy. However, subsequently on the representation of the petitioner herself, she had been adjusted at Government Senior Secondary School, Behna-Jattan, District Bilaspur, H.P. 2. In view of the above, in case the petitioner has still any surviving grievance against the said transfer order, she is at liberty to file a representation to respondent No.2 alongwith a copy of the writ petition and a copy of this judgment, who will consider the pleas raised by the petitioner in the said representation. The representation, as above, shall be filed by the petitioner within one month from today and respondent No.2 will decide the said representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within another two months from the date of filing the representation. 3. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of so also the pending application(s), if any.
