JUDGMENT V.K. Ahuja, J. By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged his transfer order. In view of the supplementary affidavit filed by the respondents, the order transferring the petitioner, (Annexure P-4), has been cancelled. Therefore, nothing survives in the present petition which stands disposed of accordingly. 2. In view of the final disposal of the writ petition, all the pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
