In view of the averments contained in paragraph No. 5 of the reply filed by respondents No. 1 to 3, the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner within a period of two months by constituting a Departmental Promotion Committee. In case the petitioner is found suitable, she will promoted from the date her juniors have been promoted, with all consequential benefits. 2. With the aforesaid observations/directions, the petition stands disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any. No costs.
