JUDGEMENT R.M.Doshit, J. 1 Learned advocate Mr. Choudhary Shyam Nandan appears for the writ petitioners. He says that pending this petition the State Government has withdrawn the impugned notification. The petition has thus become infructuous. In view of the above statement made by the learned advocate, the petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
