Judgment :- 1. Writ Petition is filed praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to furnish a copy of 12(2) notice or a copy of the Award in Award No.1 of 1995 dated 22.5.1995 so as to enable the petitioners to seek enhancement of the compensation under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act. 2. Mr.S.Shivashanmugam, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the respondents. 3. The writ petition is totally misconceived. As per the prayer in the writ petition, petitioner seeks a copy of the Award No.1 of 1995 dated 22.5.1995 so as to seek enhancement of compensation under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act. A copy of the Award is enclosed in the typedset of papers. This Court is unable to understand what further relief can be granted to the petitioner in this writ petition Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
