JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer: “(i) That the impugned order dated 29.9.2010 Annexure P-7 passed by the respondent No.2 in the file titled Veenakshi vs. Jaya Devi may very kindly be quashed and set aside and the respondents may be directed to conduct fresh interview for filling up of the post of Anganwari Worker in Anganwari Centre, Khiuri-I under ICDS Block, Sadar, District Mandi, H.P.” 2. In Annexure P-7, the second respondent, Deputy Commissioner had found that the petitioner had no locus standi to file the appeal, being a stranger to the selection process and that the appeal itself was time barred. On both these counts, the issue is covered against the petitioner by judgment dated 17.5.2010 in CWP No.1096 of 2010 titled Raksha Devi vs. State of H.P. and others, as extracted in Annexure P-6/A. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the private respondent has secured unmerited appointment, but that also is not under challenge. What is challenged is only the order passed by the Deputy Commissioner, which is totally in tune with the law laid down by this Court in the decision, referred to above. There is no merit in the writ petition and it is accordingly dismissed, so also the pending applications, if any.
