ORDER S.N. Aggarwal, J. 1. The petitioner is working as Assistant Teacher and is presently posted as Block Academic Coordinator, Zila Shilksha Kendra, Tehsil Gyarspur, District Vidisha. He has filed this petition for directions to the respondents to extend the benefit of regular pay-scale, to him from the date of his initial appointment, i.e., 15th November, 1988 and to pay him the arrears of salary and other monetary benefits as has been granted to other similarly situated teachers. 2. Mr Devendra Chaubey, Dy. Govt. Advocate accepts notice of this petition on behalf of the respondents. 3. Heard on this petition. 4. With the consent of counsel for both the parties, this petition has been taken up for final disposal at motion stage itself. 5. Smt. Ami Prabal appearing on behalf of the petitioner has referred to and relied upon orders (Annexures P-3, P-4 and P-5) already passed by this Curt in relation to similarly situated teachers and have prayed for passing of orders on the same line. Mr. Chaubey, Dy. Govt. Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents says that he has no objection in case this writ petition is also disposed of with similar orders as passed by this Court in Annexures P-3 P-4 and P-5 Accordingly, this disposed of with directions to the respondent to pass appropriate orders regarding extending the benefit of regular pay-scale to the petitioner from the date of his initial appointment, i.e., 15th November, 1988 keeping in view the order dated 11th November 2008 passed by the State Government by which the benefit of regular pay scale has been granted to identically placed employees subject to outcome of final order to be passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in The S.L.P. titled as State of M.P. v. Pankaj Saxena pending there "The orders in this regard shall be passed by the respondents within three months of receipt of certified copy of this order.
