JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, Judge Mr. Tarlok Chauhan, learned counsel for the respondent submits that Gulmohar Tourist Complex (Holiday Home) Ltd. has already moved an application for impleadment as Decree Holder before the executing Court. Consequently, the present civil revision is rendered infructuous and the same is dismissed as infructuous, so also the pending application(s), if any. No costs.
