JUDGMENT R. B. Misra, J. The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayers: “It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that present petition may kindly be allowed and respondent may kindly be directed not to remove petitioner from services of Anganwari helper asher date of birth is 12.12.1960. ii. That the respondent No.3 may kindly be directed to record the date of birth of petitioner as 12.12.1960 on the basis of Village Panchayat family register for the purpose of retirement/superannuation of the services of the petitioner as Anganwari helper.” 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press the present writ petition. Hence, the same is dismissed as withdrawn. However, there is no liberty to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition for the correction of the date of birth before this Court. 3. The petition stands disposed of so also the pending application(s), if any.
