JUDGMENT Deepak Gupta, J. 1. The petitioner has challenged the appointment of respondent No.4 as Assistant Teacher in Government Primary School Chattor, Tehsil Pachhad, District Sirmaur, H.P. mainly on the ground that respondent No.4 was not eligible for being appointed to the said post. 2. Before coming to the question of the eligibility of respondent No.4 it has to be seen whether the petitioner himself has any locus standi to file the present petition. 3. Admittedly, the post in question was reserved for IRDP General candidates. The petitioner does not belong to IRDP category. He belongs to the OBC category. The petitioner who does not fulfil the requisite qualification is not entitled to file this petition which is dismissed. No costs.
